The rules are simple. Konsens Logika is a bureau from Łódź that deals with the digitization of negotiations and mathematical modeling. By using our site and services, you agree to the following rules. We do not use complicated language because in business, specifics count. All content on this site belongs to us. You cannot copy it without permission from Dariusz Nowakowski. If you order rival behavior modeling from us, you must provide reliable data. We rely on facts, so errors in input data will spoil the end result. We operate in Poland and are subject to local law. If these rules do not suit you, please leave the site. We respect your time and expect the same. Every agreement we sign overrides these terms. Here you will find only the general framework of our cooperation.

We deliver analyses based on game theory and mathematical models. Our work is not tea-leaf reading, but cold calculation. We offer, among others, an initial audit for 1,900 PLN and ongoing tender support. We prepare every report based on 12 competitor behavioral variants. Remember that our models are an auxiliary tool. We are not your proxy in a tender. The decision on the final bidding price is always made by you or your team. Our services end upon delivery of the final report or completion of auction assistance. We do not guarantee a win because a tender result is influenced by many external factors upon which pure math has no influence. However, we show where your rivals might have weak points. This is knowledge that gives a real advantage at the negotiation table and allows you to avoid mistakes.

At Konsens Logika, we watch the numbers, but we do not take responsibility for your business decisions. Mathematics has no emotions, but the market sometimes behaves irrationally. We are not liable for lost profits or damages resulting from potential lost bids. Our financial liability is always limited to the amount you actually paid for a specific service. If you bought a model for 4,800 PLN, that is the maximum sum of our potential obligations. We are not responsible for interruptions in external auction systems or errors in electronic bids conducted by third parties. Our offer monitoring system works efficiently but depends on the stability of internet connections. We do everything to ensure data is error-free, however, final verification of the offer before sending to the ordering party belongs to the client. This is a clear division of duties that allows us to work precisely.

Confidentiality is the foundation of our work in Łódź. The data you send us is protected and will not fall into unauthorized hands. Our analysts, like Marek Zieliński or Ewa Mazur, have access only to the information necessary to build a specific model. The most important rule at Konsens Logika is exclusivity. If we work for you on a specific tender, we will not accept an assignment from your competition in the same matter. This makes your bidding strategy safe. All algorithms and work methods remain the property of our bureau, but analysis results prepared for you are your property after paying the invoice. We do not use your successes for marketing purposes without your explicit written consent. We respect our clients' privacy because we know that in the game for large contracts, discretion is worth more than any advertisement or certificate.
