Do you work with several companies in one tender?
Never. We sign an exclusivity clause for each specific proceeding. If our model is already calculating chances for one client, we refuse all other participants in the same bid.
Do I have to share my full cost base?
No. Mathematics only requires data on rival moves from 3 recent bids and your minimum margin thresholds. Data about contractors stays with you.
How quickly is a competitor behavior model created?
Standardly, building a rival profile takes us 6 business days. For urgent orders, if we have a full set of historical data, we can shorten this time to 3 days.
How many bidding variants do you check?
In a standard model, we test 12 behavioral variants. We check how opponents react to aggressive cuts and at what point they usually give up the fight for a contract.
How much does the first check of my chances cost?
We start with an Initial Audit for 1,900 PLN net. We analyze 3 past tenders then and indicate places where mathematics could have saved the margin. This is an honest way to check our effectiveness.
Do you offer a subscription for regular players?
Yes. For companies that enter auctions every month, we have constant monitoring for 3,200 PLN. This allows for updating psychological portraits of rivals in the system on the fly.
